It started with a voicemail.
Our founder was in Italy when he called his parents from a hilltop in San Gimignano, trying to describe what he was seeing. They didn't answer. So he left a message — rambling, breathless, completely overwhelmed by where he was. They saved it. Twenty years later, we still have it — and we still remember exactly how that moment felt.
That voicemail is, in a real way, the reason this advisory exists. Because travel — done with care, done with intention — changes us. It makes us more curious, more humble, more awake. Helping people find that feeling is the most meaningful work we can imagine.
